On the 21st and 22nd of November 2013, Banque de l’Habitat organised a two-day intensive workshop about Customer Service, targeting all customer-facing employees.
The “Successful Service Strategies” program aimed at strengthening Customer Service Skills, through discovering one’s own style as well as those of others, and finding a better way of communicating and serving customers. It was such an engaging and successful program that the participants wouldn’t have enough!
However, these two days were not all work and no fun. Banque de l’Habitat set up a dinner and a Karaoke Contest which led to one of the most fun nights the Bank has had together.
And this specific workshop is but a part of a series of continuous trainings organized to achieve Excellence in Customer Care and to reinforce continuously the Passion for Service.
